Two collaborative projects awarded
The NCMM recently published a call for the funding of collaborative projects between NCMM Associate Investigators and NCMM groups. We are happy to announce that we received funding for two projects. We will be collaborating with June Myklebust, Nils Halberg, and Kalle Malmberg to explore spatial tumor biology, combining transcriptomics and proteomics data at the single cell level. This is an extension of our former collaboration with the Halberg and Malmberg groups, where we aimed at using network approaches to analyze Imaging Mass Cytometry data. In addition, we will be collaborating with Rafal Ciosk and Marianne Fyhn to dissect the genetic landscape protecting human neurons from cold-induced degeneration.
