New publication
We are happy to announce that we have a new co-authored publication in Nature Machine Intelligence. The work, headed by Victor Greiff and Geir Kjetil Sandve at the University of Oslo, describes immuneML, a new platform for machine learning analysis of adaptive immune receptor repertoires. Ping-Han contributed with implementing a function to evaluate machine learning models as well as testing the tools. More information on the publication can be found here.
