Gabriel successfully defended his thesis
This week, Gabriel successfully defended his Master's thesis "Network Analysis of the 3D Genome" at the Department of Biosciences (IBV), University of Oslo. His thesis and presentation were examined by internal censor Lex Nederbragt from IBV and IFI, and external censor Martin Kuiper from NTNU. Gabriel developed a pipeline to convert Hi-C data to networks, which can be used for network analysis of 3D chromatin structures. The code is available on Gabriel's GitHub page. Congratulations to Gabriel on the nice work!
