New BioRxiv pre-print
We contributed to a new BioRĪiv pre-print by Daniel and his PhD advisor James Cai. Daniel developed R package rPanglaoDb that can be used to download and merge labeled single-cell RNA-seq data from the PanglaoDB database. In his manuscript, Daniel showed how this tool can be used to characterize cells with rare molecular phenotypes. More information on the pre-print can be found here.
