New BioRχiv pre-print

January 08, 2019

Together with the Quackenbush lab, we submitted a new BioRχiv pre-print. It describes the regulatory role of cancer risk SNPs, which we analyzed by modeling eQTL networks for 13 different human tissues. Check it out in pre-prints.

We found that cancer-risk SNPs are more likely to be located in the cores of their network communities than non-cancer risk SNPs (left). An example of such a cancer-risk SNP and its connections is shown (right).
