Two new preprints
We recently published two new BioRxiv pre-prints, both led by Kuijjerlab members.
- Pan-cancer analysis of patient-specific gene regulatory landscapes identifies recurrent PD-1 pathway dysregulation linked to outcome (link). Led by Tatiana, this study maps gene regulatory heterogeneity across >9,000 tumors and 33 cancer types using patient-specific networks, uncovering recurrent PD-1 pathway dysregulation linked to patient survival across cancers.
- SiSaNA: A Python-based command line interface for Single-Sample Network Analysis (link). Developed by Nolan, SiSaNA makes single-sample network reconstruction and analysis with PANDA and LIONESS accessible via a streamlined command-line workflow, from preprocessing to visualization, no heavy coding required.
- Together, these works illustrate how we can make patient-specific network biology both accessible and actionable to retrieve insights into the regulatory mechanisms involved in cancer heterogeneity. For detailed information, see the pre-prints section of our website.
