  We're excited to announce that we'll be attending the ISMB/ECCB conference in Basel, Switzerland this summer (July 21-25). Marieke will be giving an oral talk about our single-sample LIONESS network analysis in glioblastoma.

  Presentation at MedInfo2019

  We are delighted to present our work in a Podium Abstract presentation at the MedInfo2019 conference in Lyon, France (August 25-30). Marieke will be presenting an application of our SAMBAR tool (see tools page) to identify mutational subtypes in lung cancer.
