  New BioRχiv pre-print

  We developed PUMA, a network reconstruction algorithm to model miRNA gene regulation, and applied it to 38 tissues from GTEx to identify miRNA functions and associations to disease. For more information, please see the BioRχiv pre-print and the tool.
