  New publication

  In collaboration with Judith Bovée from Leiden University Medical Center, we used a machine learning approach to classify soft tissue sarcomas. We identified new diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets, including HDAC inhibition for leiomyosarcoma and synovial sarcoma. We published our study in PLOS Computational Biology. Check it out on our publications page.

  New publication

  Together with David Adams' group from the Wellcome Sanger Institute, we used SAMBAR to compare mutational profiles for different mucosal melanoma tissue sites and species in our new publication in Nature Communications. Check it out on our publications page.

  New BioRχiv pre-print

  Together with the Quackenbush lab, we submitted a new BioRχiv pre-print. It describes the regulatory role of cancer risk SNPs, which we analyzed by modeling eQTL networks for 13 different human tissues. Check it out in pre-prints.
